Visual Style inspired by Symantec Norton 360. Taskbar is minimum height allowed by WMP. I'm looking for bugs prior to making optional colors or menu sizes so let me know if you find any. If anyone can figure out the drag color from the Quick Launch and in the start menu let me know. I don't care for the purple color.
Notes:
For Windows XP
Fonts: Segoe UI (not included in package), Tahoma, Verdana
Before using this visual style, you must patch your uxtheme.dll file.
From a purely technical perspective, the visual style is not bad - the Start button needs considerable work.
But Symantec "aesthetics" (never mind the trash they pander)?
Ugh.

I just liked the skin style their designer had. I only ran 360 long enough to take some screen captures in VMWARE. No Symantec products are installed on my PC's.

normally i don't care for yellow or orange themes but this one is very nice ... good work and thanks!
for those who don't like the start button, replace it with LCLOCK ... i made a start button that exactly matches the taskbar and looks like a power button. looks slick if i don't say so myself.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

I think that you can use any other start button, even if the style inspired by Symantec.
